After shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number of the express delivery (sent to the registered email address), and you can track it in real time through the logistics official website.
If you do not receive a notification within 7 days, please check your trash bin or contact tenswait@heaterhardware.com. - Customs and Taxes
International orders may incur customs duties/import taxes, which shall be borne by the recipient. It is recommended to check the customs policies of the destination in advance. - Delayed or lost handling
If the package does not arrive 30 days after the estimated delivery time, please contact us to provide the tracking number. We will assist in the investigation or resend/refund.
